Malek & Malek handles debt collection for creditor and defense of collection matters. Debt collection is an area of concern to most businesses. Our approach to debt collection includes:

• Attempt to resolve without litigation. If successful, the fee is lower than litigation is instituted.
• When litigation becomes necessary, we pursue attachment when warranted; prosecute the matter economically and expeditiously provide for fees on either an hourly basis or contingency, with a sliding scale based on amount of recovery.
