Malek & Malek has represented the interests of insurance carriers and policyholders since the formation of the firm. With an emphasis in employment law, the firm has represented a number of carriers, and policyholders on wrongful termination and discrimination claims. The firm is panel counsel to a number of different carriers, including general liability carriers, workers’ compensation carriers (subrogation), and professional malpractice carriers. The firm also represents carriers in business disputes such as trade secret, unfair competition, and general employment law.
